Aluwedo® Zinc Composite Material (ZCM)

Aluwedo®  Zinc Composite Material (ZCM) combines the natural beauty of zinc with the flatness, durability, ease of fabrication and cost effectiveness. It delivers all the benefits of composite material while projecting a feeling that's consistent with both classic and modern designs.  
 Utilizing a titanium zinc alloy, Aluwedo®  ZCM comes in a natural blue-gray pre-weathered finish that matures over time as it is exposed to air and the elements-developing a natural zinc carbonate patina that protects the surface. Scratches and imperfections melt away over time as the natural patina develops and matures.  
 Aluwedo®  ZCM is very flexible in design application. It can be used in modern urban districts or in historic settings where a natural surface is desired to blend into the surroundings         
                          
Aluwedo®  Stainless steel ACP is made of high quality stainless steel plate as the front plate , backplate  used by aluminum alloy plate, galvanized plate or color coated steel plate according to the different requirements . High pressure and low density polyethylene or Flame resistant material (flame retardant) as the core materials ,with high contents of DUPONT-USA special polymer material.And It is composed by sandwich structure " I " 
steel under the high temperature with special continuous processing .
 
 
Aluwedo®  aluminum composite panels possess the characteristic as the light weight and the high rigidity in transport vehicle Industry, Due to the lightweight construction, the CO2 emission can be reduced and at the same time, there is less burden on the congested and restricted rail and road networks. Aluwedo® is recyclable,  the panels are fed back into the material cycle and used for producing new material.

Aluwedo® composite panels are ideal for special interior fittings, such as wall and ceiling cladding in rail vehicle construction, for lorry superstructures, for cabins, doors and flap systems.
